Rowland is a private firm founded by Geoff Rodgers. Geoff is Rowland's Chairman, and he sits on the Board with other shareholders: Helen Besly, Neil Rickleman, Alasdair Jeffrey and Catherine Rodgers. Rowland appointed an Advisory Board in 2007 to assist in guiding the future direction of the business and its continued growth and expansion. The Rowland Advisory Board comprises well known and highly experienced business leaders who have known the Rowland business for many years: Des Power, Ian Johnston, Geoff Harley and John Reynolds.
