Mentoring program

Our mentoring program is designed to provide a one-on-one mentoring relationship between people with different levels of experience and expertise to help our people learn the skills, attitudes and values required to be successful at Rowland, and to make Rowland successful. People have varying objectives regarding what they want out of a mentoring relationship and therefore we offer various types of mentoring including career mentoring, transition mentoring, skills mentoring and new hire mentoring.

Transition programs

Transition Programs were developed to provide our people with a structured program to progress to the next level of responsibility at Rowland. It ensures people are ready for the next step, through customised programs aimed at closing identified skill gaps. The program also helps ensure we retain our standard and quality of work during growth periods.

Acceler8 Your Wellbeing

While professional development is critical, so is personal development. Rowland's Wellbeing program offers our people expertise in personal financial management and nutrition, offers vaccinations, massage, yoga and other activities our people tell us they're interested in.
