Rowland associate FleishmanHillard named ‘Global Agency of the Year’

FleishmanHillard International Communications – one of the world’s largest communication groups and Rowland’s global associate – was named the inaugural ‘Global Agency of the Year’ by PR Week in May this year.

This prestigious accolade is the realisation of the firm’s vision to become the most complete communications firm in the world – able to reach all audiences, with all messages, through all channels.

The organisation is headquartered in St Louis, US and has more than 80 offices and 2,500 people across the key global markets of North America, Europe, Asia–Pacific, the Middle East, South Africa, and Latin America.

Rowland’s association with the industry leader offers our Australian clients easy access to knowledgeable advice on reaching worldwide stakeholders, and specialist communication advice for entering new international markets.

FleishmanHillard President and CEO Dave Senay (pictured above with Rowland Executive Director, Alasdair Jeffrey and Chairman, Geoff Rodgers) said the award was a reflection of the strength of the entire FleishmanHillard network.

“It’s a great year for which we should all take pride. I believe our network of affiliates is the strongest in the industry,” Dave said.

In addition, FleishmanHillard’s Hong Kong office was recently recognised in the SABRE Awards 2014 Asia Pacific. The SABRE Awards attract close to 5,000 entries globally each year and provide the premier showcase for the best that public relations has to offer.

FleishmanHillard Hong Kong were winners in the following categories:

  • Consumer Marketing (new product)
  • Creation of Persuasive Content
  • Employee Communications.

In addition, FleishmanHillard’s award-wining Consumer Marketing campaign for DBS Bank was selected as one of the ‘World’s Top 50 Campaigns’ in the Global SABRE Awards.
