Rowland was recently recognised for outstanding client work at the Public Relations Institute of Australia’s (PRIA) State Awards for Excellence, which recognises campaign best practice at state level.
The PRIA is the national industry body for public relations and communication professionals in Australia.
Rowland entered projects in four categories and received an award in each.
- Winner, Public Affairs category
- Winner, Investor Relations category
- Highly Commended, Community Engagement category
- Highly Commended, Issues Management and Recovery Communications category
Rowland Chairman, Geoff Rodgers, attributed the company’s achievements to the outstanding partnerships Rowland enjoys with its clients.
“The most successful projects are delivered when we work in close partnership with our clients. These award-winning projects are examples of Rowland’s innovative and strategic communication approach that help our clients achieve their business goals,” said Geoff.
“Our focus is always to meet clients’ objectives rather than win awards, however successful communication campaigns are often recognised, and Rowland remains one of Australia’s most-awarded communication consultancies.
“Rowland has an established and diverse client base. We work daily with international consumer brands, Australia’s most progressive mining, resource and infrastructure companies and leading property and financial clients, just to name a few, while also supporting the not-for-profit sector and companies looking to build their businesses.”
Geoff extended his congratulations to all involved in delivering the award-winning projects.
“This is wonderful recognition, and I would like to congratulate the project teams from Rowland together with our clients,” he said.
Established as a one-person operation by Chairman Geoff Rodgers in 1992, this year Rowland celebrates 20 years of operation. With approximately 90 employees, Rowland is a multi-service strategic communication and business advisory consultancy servicing clients in Australia and the Asia-Pacific region.
