Our most successful campaign this year has been recognised yet again – this time at the prestigious PublicAffairs Asia Gold Standard Awards 2016.
Our strategic communication work for Kina Securities‘ acquisition of Maybank PNG and listing on the Australian and Port Moresby Stock Exchanges won the stakeholder engagement category, and was shortlisted in the financial communications category.
This international communication project showcases our integrated strategic communication, digital and creative agency capabilities and highlights the benefits of our model in delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.
It is extremely rewarding to see our integrated offer recognised not only within Australia, but also internationally with this sought-after award.
The winners of the 2016 Awards were announced at The Foreign Correspondents’ Club in Hong Kong last week. We were one of only two Australian agencies to be shortlisted alongside a strong field of international contenders, with a near-record 290 entries received this year.
Penny Burtt, Vice President, Government Affairs, Asia Pacific, VISA and Chairman of The 2016 Gold Standard Awards, said the competition was tough in many of the categories – in particular stakeholder engagement and digital communications.
Our work with Kina also received a commended award in the Comprehensive/Major Campaign category at the Public Relations Institute of Australia’s Queensland Golden Target Awards.
