New South Wales property developer Kitron, owner of a parcel of land in Box Hill Sydney, required a brand identity and sales collateral in order to create awareness and demand for their lots.
We built a brand around an Indigenous translation of the word ‘home’ or ‘dwelling’, akora, playing on the history of the land (originally used as a camping ground by Indigenous Australians). Elements from the brand are used throughout the collateral to complement the stunning imagery and aid brand recognition.
The identity was rolled out to a responsive microsite, customer brochure and flexible sales brochure that was updated with new content and maps as each stage of the project was sold.
