Initial Public Offering
Rowland was an integral part of the team engaged by Apollo to advise on their Initial Public Offering (IPO). We designed and produced the prospectus, investor presentation and investor website. We also managed media relations to generate interest in the IPO among prospective investors.
The prospectus explained the compelling growth drivers of the Apollo business. We used Apollo product images to illustrate the ‘lifestyle’ aspect of the business, and engaging diagrams to distil complex market data into clear and simple investment messages, ensuring our design complied with ASIC guidelines.
We guided Apollo through changes to web content and functionality that were required before and after listing date, as the Company’s shares commenced trading.
Rowland’s media relations work supported the IPO marketing campaign by raising the profile of the Company and the share offer. We crafted Apollo’s pitch to maximise the news value to finance media, generating extensive coverage in The Australian Financial Review, The Australian and The Courier Mail.
