Stakeholder Engagement

On our reintroduction to the Boggo Road Gaol project, Rowland helped shape key project information relevant for multiple, interested stakeholders from neighbouring residents, schools, businesses and commuters to heritage bodies and tour operators.

Rowland has been an integral part of Brisbane’s Boggo Road Gaol redevelopment – a significant, sensitive and cultural project – for more than 17 years.

In October 1999, the Department of State Development appointed Rowland and town planners, C&B Group, to undertake community consultation to generate a preliminary list of potential redevelopment options for the historic, 9.48ha Boggo Road Gaol site in Brisbane’s inner city suburb of Dutton Park.

Fast forward 14 years and Rowland was engaged by developers Leighton Properties to support the company with its broad communication challenges and opportunities.
