Tempt your taste buds with the Webby family rolled Pavlova recipe.

 

INGREDIENTS

4 egg whites
4 (level) tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon corn flour
1 teaspoon vinegar (malted)
Chopped nuts
Crushed pineapple
Whipped cream
Chocolate chips
Desiccated coconut

 

METHOD

Step 1:
Beat egg whites until stiff

Step 2:
Add sugar and beat thoroughly

Step 3:
Fold in corn flour and vinegar

Step 4:
Line sponge roll tin with greased foil

Step 5:
Spread mixture into the tin

Step 6:
Spread with chopped nuts and desiccated coconut

Step 7:
Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees

Step 8:
Remove from oven and turn out of tray while still hot onto non-stick baking paper (nuts down to paper)

Step 9:
Leave to rest for 1-2 minutes

Step 10:
Add crushed pineapple, more nuts, whipped cream and chocolate chips

Step 11:
Roll (more like a fold)

Step 12:
Refrigerate.
