Jo’s significant experience spans the private and public sectors, local and State Government and government owned corporations. She has an in-depth knowledge of a diverse range of industries including infrastructure, mining, energy and resources, health, professional services and not-for-profit.
Jo has developed and managed qualitative and quantitative research projects for clients seeking to understand stakeholder perceptions, their position in the market place, expand into new markets, and develop targeted positioning and marketing strategies.
She is adept at developing research tools such as interview, telephone survey and focus group questions, synthesising findings, and identifying research themes. She produces research reports that provide critical insights, examples, recommendations, and help inform business planning and communication strategies.
Jo’s experience includes qualitative and quantitative research for large social infrastructure projects including the Queensland Children’s Hospital, Northbank, and Mackay Base Hospital Redevelopment. She has also recently undertaken qualitative research for Esri Australia and Donald Cant Watts Corke.
